This script simulates realistic cannabis growth mechanics, item interactions, and an economy around harvesting, crafting, and selling — complete with a fingerprint system and buyable grow houses.

Dynamic Weed Planting: Players can plant seeds in defined zones or purchased buildings. Includes animations and limits with Config.MaxWeeds.
Realistic Growth Simulation: Plants go through multiple growth stages, requiring water and fertilizer. Quality depends on care and DNA type (sativa, indica, hybrid). Indoor plants grow faster
Interactive Plant Actions: Players can water, fertilize, and harvest. Effects include animations and particle systems. Harvest quality impacts yield and item type (low to premium).
DNA-Based Quality System: Each plant has a random DNA type that affects growth speed and final quality — adding variety and uniqueness to every plant.
Fingerprint Tracking System: Anyone who interacts with a plant leaves behind a fingerprint. Police jobs can analyze prints using a unique NUI panel.
Custom NUI Interfaces: Clean and modern UIs for nearby plant data, joint crafting, building invites, shop purchases, and fingerprint identification.
Purchasable Grow Houses
Players can buy properties from config.lua, enter their own private instance, and grow indoors without interruption. Door invites via NUI.
In-Game Grow Shop: Visit a marked shop to buy everything you need — seeds, water, fertilizer, paper, and more using an intuitive NUI-based cart system
Joint Crafting System: Players can craft joints based on weed quality using rolling papers. Different recipes for each tier: low, medium, high, and premium.
Weed Bagging System: Players can bag some weed with different sizes such as: small, medium and large to sell them to the pedestrians with the cornse selling system.
Corner-Selling Mode: Activate /cornersell to enter street-dealer mode. NPCs approach, and you decide whether to accept their offer via NUI. Risky? Maybe — they might call the cops.
Using Joints: You can use the joints and get high with some halucinations.
Drug Run: Do you want to make your business bigger? Then find the spot to make the weed bricks and find the man that can help you to sell them. Load your vehicle with the bricks and drop them to the destination without getting caught.
